Welcome—I’m glad you’re here. Whether you’re new to therapy or returning after some time away, I want to acknowledge the significance of this step. It’s not always easy to reach out. You may be navigating something specific or simply trying to make sense of how you’ve been feeling. Whatever the reason, taking time to explore your options and find the right fit matters—and I respect that.
I’ve been a therapist for over 15 years. I work with people facing a wide range of challenges—stress that won’t let up, relationship struggles, feeling stuck or overwhelmed, or just not quite feeling like yourself. I also specialize in supporting people through grief, trauma, and unresolved experiences from the past.
My approach is rooted in Psychodynamic therapy, which means we’ll take time to understand how your past and present connect. I listen closely and without judgement, helping you recognize patterns and explore emotions that may be beneath the surface—so old habits don’t keep driving your choices.
This isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about creating a space where you can say things out loud—maybe for the first time—and start to see yourself and your story more clearly. You don’t have to have it all figured out. We’ll take one step at a time.
If you’re ready to talk, or even just thinking about it, I invite you to reach out. You don’t have to carry it all on your own.
